Overview

AuxoAI is operated by Conexkt Sarl (Switzerland) and Conexkt Ltd. (Canada). This policy describes how we handle data in connection with our institutional AI financial intelligence platform.

Institutional deployments

When AuxoAI is deployed for an institution, the institution remains the data controller. We act as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed before any data flows. The DPA governs data handling, retention, security, and deletion obligations.

Data we process

• Transaction data provided by the institution (read-only)
• Member interaction data (questions asked to the AI advisor)
• Advisor usage data (briefings accessed, portal usage)
• Contact form submissions from this website

Data storage and sovereignty

Data is stored in the environment chosen by the institution. On-premise deployment is available. For cloud deployments, the institution selects the hosting region. We support data residency in Switzerland, Canada, the EU, and other jurisdictions by arrangement.

AI model data

Member data is never used to train shared AI models. The AI model used is selected by the institution (BYOK, local, or cloud-hosted). Data sent to the AI model is anonymised at the analysis layer.

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, all institutional data is returned or deleted per the DPA. A complete data export is provided before decommissioning.

Website visitors

This website uses minimal analytics. Contact form submissions are stored securely and used only to respond to enquiries. We do not sell visitor data.
