AuxoAI is a white-label AI financial intelligence platform operated by Conexkt Sarl (Switzerland) and Conexkt Ltd. (Canada). The platform is licensed to institutional partners (banks, credit unions, and financial institutions) under custom agreements.
Access to the AuxoAI platform is provided under a service agreement between Conexkt and the partner institution. Licensing terms, including scope, data processing, service levels, and termination conditions, are defined in the individual contract. There are no self-serve or consumer plans.
AuxoAI processes financial data on behalf of the partner institution. The institution remains the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement governs all data handling. AuxoAI does not process data for purposes other than delivering the contracted service.
The AuxoAI platform, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Conexkt. Partner institutions receive a license to use the platform under their brand for the duration of the agreement.
AuxoAI provides financial intelligence and insights for informational purposes. It does not constitute financial advice. The platform does not execute transactions or move funds. Liability is limited to the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
