Data and Security
Data stays within the environment your institution controls. AuxoAI connects
read-only to your core banking data via API or anonymised export. For institutions that require it,
we offer on-premise deployment where no data leaves your infrastructure. A Data Processing Agreement
is signed before any data flows.
Yes. AuxoAI supports on-premise deployment via containerised infrastructure. The
platform can run entirely within your institution's data centre or private cloud, in your country,
under your jurisdiction. This is particularly relevant for institutions with strict data residency
requirements.
The AI model is selected based on your institution's requirements. Options
include locally hosted open-source models (e.g. LLaMA), cloud-hosted commercial models (e.g. Claude,
GPT-4), or a BYOK approach where you supply your own API key. The model choice is discussed during
the discovery phase and can be adjusted post-deployment.
All institutional data is returned or deleted upon contract termination, per the
terms of the Data Processing Agreement. No member data is retained after the service ends. We
provide a complete data export before decommissioning.
Integration and Deployment
AuxoAI is designed to feed your existing advisor tools, not replace them. Client
insights, AI-generated briefings, and engagement signals can be pushed to your CRM via API. The
advisor portal can also function as a standalone view if preferred. We work with your IT team during
the integration phase to ensure no duplication of effort.
We follow a four-phase methodology: Discovery (interviews with advisors and
clients, understanding your data environment), Prototype (a working version connected to your real
data), Pilot (limited deployment with measurement), and full Deployment. Each phase is scoped
individually. We do not skip phases.
AuxoAI is designed for zero-friction member onboarding. Members access the
platform through your existing digital channels (online banking, mobile app) via a branded
onboarding flow that pre-loads their account data automatically. We provide customisable onboarding
copy and communication templates.
Yes. The advisor portal includes anonymised insight into the types of questions
members are asking. This helps relationship managers prepare for meetings and identify emerging
needs across the portfolio. Individual conversation details are available to the assigned advisor,
subject to your institution's privacy policy.
Product
Yes. Members see your institution's name, logo, and visual identity. AuxoAI is
invisible to the end user. The platform is delivered as if it were built in-house.
The AI advisor responds in the language the member uses. The interface currently
supports English, with French and German localisation available on request. Additional languages can
be added based on your member base.
